Our Philosophy: Small Steps, Great Values
In a constantly evolving global context, the spirits sector is also undergoing significant transformation. Our company, although artisanal in scale, has a clear and ambitious vision: to actively lead the change toward a more conscious, ethical, and sustainable consumption. For us, every bottle carries a story of respect – for the land, for people, and for the future.

Drink Well, Do Good: Our Manifesto
• Drinking as a Cultural Act: We promote drinking as a sensory and cultural experience to be enjoyed with full awareness, elevating it beyond mere consumption.
• Quality Above All: The pursuit of quality is the guiding principle of our work, a daily commitment expressed through research, passion, and methodological rigor.
• Concrete Sustainability: Responsibility toward the planet and the community is the essential foundation of our corporate philosophy.

The Soul of Our Products: Aromas of the Highest Quality
Transparency along the supply chain is a key principle. For the aromas and essences we use, we work exclusively with a specialized supplier whose portfolio of certifications guarantees seriousness and quality. This choice allows us to maintain high standards and support a virtuous and fully traceable supply chain.
Our aroma supplier holds the following top-level certifications:
• UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 & FSSC 22000: Guarantees an integrated management system for international-quality and food safety.
• Certified Organic Production: Ensures the use of ingredients produced according to natural cycles and organic farming standards.
• Rainforest Alliance: Confirms support for sustainable agricultural models that protect ecosystems and local communities.
• Kosher and Halal: Certifications that demonstrate adherence to strict ethical and religious standards, promoting inclusivity in the global market.

Short Supply Chain and Waste Reduction: Our Territory in a Bottle
We firmly believe in the value of the "genius loci," the spirit of the place. For this reason, most of the infusions we develop use products from small local farms in our region. This is a strategic choice in favor of the environment – reducing the carbon footprint associated with transport – and supporting the local economy, highlighting the guardians of our rural landscape.
• Organic and regeneratively grown ingredients to preserve and enrich soil fertility.
• Recovery of "imperfect" fruit, because quality is measured by substance, actively combating food waste.

Ethical and Safe Logistics: A Shared Courier
Our attention to sustainability and ethics extends to the entire value chain, including distribution. For the shipment of our goods, we rely exclusively on Tgroup, a logistics partner whose certifications guarantee reliability, safety, and alignment with our standards.
Choosing a structured and certified courier allows us to ensure:
• Process Quality and Safety: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) and ISO 39001 (Road Safety) certifications guarantee efficient service while safeguarding people and products.
• Environmental Sustainability: ISO 14001:2015 certification and the EcoVadis recognition attest to the partner’s commitment to reducing the environmental impact of its operations.
• Ethics and Social Responsibility: Membership in the United Nations Global Compact and certifications such as SA 8000 (Human Rights) and UNI/PDR 125:2022 (Gender Equality) reflect values of fairness and inclusivity that we share.
• Integrity and Legality: The Legal Rating and Model 231 are fundamental elements reflecting the transparency and correctness of our logistics partner.

Future Challenges: Pursuing Excellence Without Alcohol
We look to the future with an innovative spirit, investing resources and expertise in the development of two new product lines:

“No Alcohol” Line: An exploration of flavor in its pure essence, offering complex and refined beverages where the harmony of plants and spices takes center stage, without alcohol.

“Low Alcohol” Line: A contemporary reinterpretation of the great classics of Italian liqueurs. Aperitifs and bitters retain their traditional character, but with a reduced alcohol content for a more moderate and conscious consumption.

A Strong Beating Heart: Our Social Commitment
A company is an integral part of the social fabric and must aspire to be a positive resource. Our commitment is expressed through support for organizations that share our values of solidarity, culture, and progress.

Supporters of Santobono Hospital
We support the Foundation dedicated to transforming the Santobono Pausilipon Pediatric Hospital in Naples into a child-friendly center of excellence. Our contribution ensures access to the best medical technologies and advanced, human-centered care.

Partner of Palazzo Petrucci for Telethon
We are proud to support Palazzo Petrucci in its annual fundraising campaign for Telethon. This partnership combines culinary excellence with support for scientific research, turning solidarity into a tangible action for those facing rare genetic diseases.

Culture and Awareness: Educating Responsible Drinking
Responsibility begins with knowledge. We actively promote responsible and high-quality consumption through initiatives such as the “THE GRAND TOUR” Masterclasses. These are not mere tasting events, but educational paths to learn how to interpret a bottle, recognize the quality of raw materials, and understand the value of origin.
The most authentic pleasure comes from awareness. For us, drinking well represents an act of respect: for oneself, for others, and for the world around us.

SUSTAINABLE EXCELLENCE: OUR ETHICAL SUPPLY CHAIN BETWEEN INNOVATION AND TRADITION

Our Green Commitment: Actions, Not Words

The Clean Energy That Powers Us
Our path toward energy transition is well underway. We have chosen Enel Energia to supply our operations with 100% renewable electricity, certified through the GSE Guarantee of Origin system. Hydroelectric, wind, solar, and geothermal sources are the only components of our energy mix. Adopting the “100% Green” label is not a mere image choice, but a genuine commitment to being part of a system and actively contributing to a more sustainable energy model.

Sustainable Bottles: A Conscious Choice from Supply to Production
The sustainability of our bottles is a fundamental part of our environmental responsibility. For this reason, we rely on an Italian excellence that is a pioneer in the production of sustainable glass and shares our vision of an environmentally responsible industry.
Our supplier embodies a commitment to innovation and circularity through concrete and certified investments:

Oxy-Fuel Technology: Italian Leadership in Efficiency
The glassworks was the first company in Italy to adopt Oxy-Fuel technology. This advanced technique uses pure oxygen instead of regular air in the combustion process for glass melting. The result is a dual benefit: a significant improvement in furnace efficiency and a remarkable reduction in atmospheric emissions.

Applied Circular Economy: Up to 90% Recycled Glass
By using a percentage of recycled material that reaches up to 90% for specific production lines, our supplier consistently ranks among the most virtuous companies in Italy and Europe for recycling performance in the glass industry.

Responsible Management and Social Impact
• District Heating: Through a district heating system, excess thermal energy from the production cycle is recovered and used to heat about 2,000 households in the areas of Milan and Sesto San Giovanni.
• Total Water Recovery: The company has installed closed-loop systems designed to fully reuse process water. As a result, water consumption is limited to civil use and the replenishment of evaporated water only.
• Electric Handling: Over 60% of the internal vehicle fleet is already electrically powered, reducing both noise pollution and CO₂ emissions within production facilities.

Advanced Energy Efficiency
The energy retrofit of company spaces is ensured by more than 190 LED light points, allowing for approximately 74% energy savings. The adoption of LED technology has also eliminated the disposal of polluting substances.

Future Vision: Decarbonization through Hydrogen
The glassworks actively participates in the European H2GLASS-Horizon22 project, an EU-funded initiative aimed at accelerating the decarbonization of the glass industry. The goal is to develop and implement the technologies needed for complete hydrogen combustion in production plants, positioning the company at the forefront of the energy transition.

Choosing such an advanced supplier allows us to combine product excellence with maximum environmental responsibility, pursuing a path of continuous improvement and sustainable innovation, ensuring that every one of our bottles stands as a tangible example of circular economy in action.

Sustainable Packaging: A Supply Chain Choice
The sustainability of our packaging is an integral part of our environmental responsibility. For bottling, we work with a partner whose corporate philosophy reflects our commitment to ethics and quality.
Our carton supplier has begun the process to obtain UNI/PDR 125:2022 certification, a recognition of their concrete commitment to gender equality and inclusion, values we share and promote.
Their commitment is further validated by an integrated Quality-Environmental management system certified under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, as well as a transparent approach to sustainability, demonstrated through their partnerships and certifications:
• FSC® Certification: Ensures that the paper comes from responsibly managed forests.
• Membership in Comieco and GIFCO: Confirms active participation in the virtuous cycle of recycling and recovering cellulose-based packaging.
• Certified Recyclability: The cartons feature symbols confirming full recyclability and, for international markets, the RESY mark, suitable for recycling in Germany.

The Paper of Our Stories: Responsible Labels
The paper used for our labels represents the narrative packaging of our products – their first business card. Supplier selection is therefore strategic. We rely on a partner who shares our environmental sensitivity and provides FSC®-certified (Forest Stewardship Council) paper for over 90% of the materials used, ensuring responsible forest management. Our goal is to extend this practice to 100% of production by 2026, so that every one of our stories is conveyed on a medium consistent with our values.
